Position Description

The Mechanic Lead will oversee and perform maintenance on multi-engine turbine aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role involves troubleshooting, guiding a team of mechanics, and ensuring the airworthiness of the fleet.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading maintenance and inspection tasks.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Training and mentoring junior mechanics.
• Documenting all maintenance activities and safety checks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with multi-engine turbine airplanes or rotary-wing aircraft.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Inspector.
